Professional networking relies on safety, trust, and mutual respect. IdentiQ aims to be an inclusive space where professional relationships can thrive. We expect all users to represent themselves and communicate in a respectful manner.

Prohibited behaviors:

• Harassment & Bullying: Sending unwanted, intimidating, or abusive communications, cards, or emails.
• Hate Speech: Generating profile content, logos, or public titles that promote violence, hatred, or discrimination against groups or individuals.
• Threats & Exploitation: Threatening legal harm, physical violence, or attempting financial extortion.

Every digital business card and organization profile on IdentiQ must correspond to a real and verified professional. Presenting misleading information breaks the networking ecosystem.

Rules of representation:

• No Impersonation: You must not create a profile in the name of another real person, public figure, or company owner without explicit, verifiable consent.
• No Deceptive Associations: You must not claim to work for, represent, or own an organization that you have no legal association with.
• Accurate Credentials: Professional credentials, job titles, awards, and portfolios listed on your card must be truthful.

Since IdentiQ profiles can be shared publicly via NFC taps and QR code scans, all profile fields, uploads, custom links, and company summaries must conform to professional content standards.

Unacceptable content includes:

• Sexually Explicit Material: Hosting, linking, or uploading pornography or adult content.
• Illicit Services: Advertising illegal goods, weapons, unauthorized financial schemes, or unregistered medical/pharmaceutical products.
• Malicious Links: Placing redirects, links, or contact references pointing to phishing portals, spyware, or malware sites.

To guarantee absolute corporate integrity, IdentiQ provides domain-auto-joining, organization-level SSO configurations, and membership rosters. Bypassing or exploiting these controls undermines structural trust.

Abusive behaviors:

• Domain Spoofing: Utilizing unauthorized email domains or exploiting email aliases to automatically join a company workspace without authorization.
• Roster Hijacking: Artificially increasing member counts or registering fake team profiles.
• Bypassing Verification: Bypassing security checks or attempting to generate fraudulent digital certificates or credentials.

We employ automated scanners, user reporting tools, and manual auditing checks to identify guidelines violations. Depending on severity, we reserve the right to apply the following enforcement steps:

If your profile has been locked, suspended, or banned, and you believe it was done in error or due to a false report, you are entitled to appeal the decision.

• Your full account email address and profile slug.
• Copy of the locking notification received.
• Verifiable evidence of professional identity (e.g. corporate email validation or identity document).

Our security team reviews appeals within 3 business days. Successful appeals result in immediate account restoration without any loss of lead lists or analytics history.
