We collect personal and profile information directly from you when you register, construct your profile, or interface with our hardware tags:
When signing up, we collect your name, email address, password hashes, or your federated identity tokens (e.g. Google OAuth 2.0 identifiers).
Any information you add to your digital business card profile, including contact numbers, social links, profile photos, bio summaries, and logo graphics.
If you pair a physical NFC card, we register the card's unique serial UID to route tap interactions to your specific digital card profile.
Contact information submitted by individuals who scan your QR code or tap your NFC card and fill out your dynamic leads capture form inputs.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we compile in the following manners:
- To provide, operate, and maintain our digital card delivery nodes and dashboard controls.
- To dynamic-render your profile pages to the public when targeted by taps or QR scans.
- To send weekly digest notifications and email warnings regarding profile activity.
- To generate analytics metrics (total scans, click counts, regional maps, device charts).
- To identify and prevent fraudulent access or malicious exploits of our endpoints.

4. Data Security and Encryption
Security of your data is paramount. We implement premium standard protocols to protect your personal variables:
- Aggregated Logging: Client IP addresses compiled for view tracking metrics are salted and hashed (using SHA-256) before storing in logs, preventing the extraction of real user location parameters.
- Transport Security: All connections, api exchanges, and dynamic page renderings are served exclusively over secure HTTPS protocols.
- Password Security: Traditional credentials are encrypted using bcrypt hashing salts before storage.
6. Third-Party Services
We operate alongside reliable cloud providers to construct the IdentiQ ecosystem:
- Hosting & Serverless: Served through the Vercel edge framework.
- Database & Cloud Assets: Persisted inside Supabase / PostgreSQL structures and Cloudinary asset CDNs.
- Federated Sign-in: Authenticated using Google Cloud OAuth 2.0. Third party integrations are limited strictly to credentials extraction for initial user onboarding.
7. Your Rights & Data Deletion
We support user control and transparency. You hold full ownership of your data details:
At any moment, you may modify, update, or clear any parameter displayed on your public digital card from your dashboard controls. You also have the right to request a complete export file of your leads list or permanently delete your account profile. Deleting your account will clear all profile contact variables, associated leads data, registered NFC card links, and analytical event logs from our PostgreSQL tables.
